Online Payments - Operating Account Report

Location: LEAP Menu > Accounting > Reports > Operating Account > Online Payments – Operating Account.

Purpose: The Online Payments - Operating Account report (previously known as the RapidPay Receipts report) lists all payments received into the selected Operating Account via Online Payments.

Report Trigger: The report will reference all payments that are created for a defined Operating Bank Account via Online Payments powered by LawPay.

Filters:

Date RangeDate range is based on the transaction date of the payment received.
Bank AccountLists either All or selected Operating Bank Account, or Undeposited Funds.
Expand All 
  • Payment Totals: Results not expanded and list payment totals only.
  • Payment Items: Results are expanded and lists additional payment details.

Report Fields: 

DateTransaction date of the Payment.
Rec NoReference number of the Payment.
Online Payments Settlement DateThe date Online Payments transaction is cleared and is settled in to the Bank Account.
If the item is expanded, the following will display:
  • Matter number
  • Client’s short name.
Receivable’s Mailing listThe receivable of the matter, at the time of receiving payment. 
MemoThe Receive Payment's memo. 
If the item is expanded the following will display:
  • Invoice or Reference Number.
ReversedThe payment’s reversal date, if reversed.
Amount Ex The payment’s value excluding tax.
Tax The payment’s tax value.
Amount Inc TaxThe payment’s value including tax.
