Feedback is critically important to LEAP. Based on feedback received from LEAP users we have implemented hundreds of improvements to the LEAP products already.
There are many factors that influence the LEAP product roadmaps and determine the features we implement. When considering what to prioritize and develop, we combine your feedback with insights from our client-facing teams, product analytics, research, and much much more.
A LOT of discussions happen between various teams and ideas require careful consideration, this all takes time and priorities need to align with LEAP’s vision. No countdown timers are automatically started when feedback is logged on the ideas hub.
To help us understand how you want our products to support you and your firm, when creating an idea ensure you include details on how the suggestion will be of benefit to your firm, including examples and how it will help you get the most out of LEAP’s products.
We encourage you to add detailed comments to existing ideas logged and of course, use the voting buttons to show us what is important to you.
Our ultimate goal is to understand how you use LEAP and your needs so that we can create your or similar features that meet the needs of as many users as possible.
