We have had to reconnect ours 5 out of the last 6 business days, and our practice manager has no idea why it is happening. Previously, it happened once every couple of months. Has anyone else been experiencing this issue? Thanks in advance.

It has been happening to me since November"ish." Totally unacceptable that it is still an issue day after day after day. I had it happen 4 times within 1/2 hour earlier last week. Our practice manager said she escalated the problem and finally gave admission that there are more than just me dealing with this nonsense. In the beginning I didn't even get notification that it had turned off until attempting to reconcile. At least now I do get an email that the syncing is turned off.
