Deed Network
I was using the deed preparation service offered through LEAP while their free trial was going on. Now that the trial is over, I've noticed that if you go directly through the Deed Network website to order deed preparation services, the fees are substantially lower. For example, the deed preparation through LEAP is $149.00 while it is only $50 if you go through the Deed Network and select 8 hour service. Personally, I never need a deed on less than 8 hours notice so this plenty fast enough for me. Just an FYI for anyone who needs to have deeds prepared.
