My Leap won't let me print from the conflict check page

    Sorry to see you're having trouble printing! LEAP prints to the default printer on the device. To check printer settings, please navigate to your computer's Settings > Bluetooth and Devices > Printers and Scanner. Select the printer and click Set as Default. If you do not see the Set as Default option, in the Printers and Scanners page, unselect 'Let Windows manage my default printer.'

     

    If you have further issues, we recommend a Repair of LEAP, please follow these steps:

    1. Close LEAP, all Microsoft Office applications, and Adobe.

    2. Navigate to https://community.leap.us/s/downloads and click “Download LEAP Desktop”.

    3. When the download is complete, open the downloaded file.

    4. Navigate through the Installer until it requests you to “Repair” LEAP.

    5. Select Next/OK and follow any prompts from to complete the Repair. (If it does not give you the option to repair, it will update LEAP to the latest version.)
