Amanda Nocchi (Customer) asked a question.
We are getting an error stating "Request failed with status code BadRequest", whether we create the appointment in Outlook or in LEAP. This just started yesterday. I have done a LEAP repair and a 365 repair.

We are having the same issue. We reached out to LEAP, and they said it was a known error, but provided no type of update on when it would be fixed
I am but it doesn't appear that either of my attorneys are having this issue. Per LEAP, they are aware of the error but that was all that was said. Hopefully this can get resolved quickly
Every time I try to make an appointment in the shared calendar, I get this error message:
"Unable to subscribe to notifications. LEAP cannot complete this action."
WORKAROUND ALERT: If you're linking the appointment within your Outlook calendar, the error seems to be produced when you select SAVE. Instead of doing that, just X out of the appointment and you'll be prompted to save, which works and produces no error. Hoping this works for y'all!
Is it actually saved in the matter though? When I've done that it doesn't show in the Calendar & Tasks tab
:(
You are right - sadly, it shows as linked but does not appear in Leap. I should have known to check - just got excited!
I got excited too! Darn. Maybe the update this weekend will fix it for us!!
no errors, but does not show in the LEAP Matter :(
I think I have figured out a work around for this BadRequest error issues with the emails. One person in my office was having this issue, and our initial work around was to make appointments through Leap365. However, over the past two weeks, we noticed that the attorneys were getting repeated pop-up reminders in Outlook for appointments that would not go away unless we deleted the calendar item. In doing that, I discovered that it was only the appointments made in Leap365 that were having this issue. My staff finally came up with a solution for going back to Leap desktop and making appointments. Instead of clicking on the little down arrow on the New Meeting button under Calendar and Tasks and choosing the shared calendar that she needed, she is clicking on the main New Meeting button and adding the shared calendar on the line that says Required. This seems to work. We have had a LOT of problems with Leap and Outlook, especially with shared calendars. Maybe this is the final fix. I hope this helps someone.
