Assuming you are looking to change an individual team member's rate: Go to Menu, Settings (near the bottom), Application Settings, Members, Select the member of your team for whom you want to change the rate, a new dialog box appears Edit Staff and select Rates and change from there.

Thank you for your question. In addition to Cheri's helpful comment, you can create a special fee by going to Menu > Accounting > under Operating Accounting > Special Fees. See the Special fees article for instructions on attaching this fee to cards or matters.
