How do you correct printing issue on checks if the format is correct?

How do you correct printing issue on checks if the format is correct?

I have set up my checks to the proper format (US3) and the first check I printed was correct. However, on all subsequent checks the date, payee and amount are now printing under the lines on the check instead of on the line. This occurs whether I run the checks through the manual feeder or the tray on the printer. How do I correct this?  Thank you.
