Now our MSOffice add-ins are continually being disabled. I am so frustrated. Anyone else having this issue? I have a support case opened AGAIN for it and asked a support rep to contact me asap 2 hours ago.

Wish I knew the answer to that, we have had LEAP since December its now August and everytime we have issues, we are told to run repair, or uninstall and then reinstall LEAP

We've had it since December of 2020 so you can imagine how frustrated we get with that response after all this time! Well, I'm trying to remain positive so hopefully the techs will find a solution to stabilize the platform in the near future šŸ˜‰ !

  • We have had it since August 2021 and we get the same response from LEAP.

We've had it since August 2020 and I have just recently begun to have problems with the Outlook Add-In crashing Outlook about every time I link a task from Outlook.

We have had LEAP since December 2021, and the repair issue is more frequent. The latest "fix" for Adobe now regularly breaking the link between it and LEAP is to disable the Adobe pdf maker in Com-Addin's. So, I can print to LEAP which puts it into pdf format. The more LEAP updates, the more problems.

We have this same issue as well but it only happens on one specific computer. All computers are on the same version of LEAP and same windows update, so I wonder if it could be hardware related or if it's just software. That computer has a hard drive as opposed to an SSD, so I'm not sure if that's what's making the difference.
