How to Save to Leap from Adobe?

  • Hi Mario

Thank you for reaching out. This issue has been caused by a recent update by Adobe changing their application's behavior and our Development team is currently working on a resolution.

In the mean time, we recommend using the "Print to LEAP" option that will be in your list of Printers, or saving the file locally, then dragging and dropping the file into the matter. Please note that if this is an edit of an existing PDF on your matter, this will create a new item in your correspondence.

So at this time we cannot save pdfs to Leap from Adobe?

    • Cheri Bardin (Customer)

Apparently there is a work around for now Sidney. We have the same ongoing problem. If you are in Adobe and go to Print, Scroll down and select, Print to Leap, a dialog box will appear with the Leap matters you can choose from. You can name the doc and then save it. Hope that helps. I am beyond frustrated with Leap recently! Not only is the Adobe add-in not working for us, but the MSOffice add-in keeps "breaking" as well. Every time it does, I need to "run a repair". Getting to be my least favorite words!!
