How to Unarchive Matter without file complete after

Thank you Shaiefa for your response, but my problem is not to restore the matter only. It is what happen after that. The restored matter show "File Complete" Status, how can I change to "In progress". Thank you

Open the Matter > Calendar & Tasks > under Critical Dates & Calendar items Double click the calendar for the File complete date' listed > Clear the date.
