Lately I've been getting an error message that says: "Leap Cannot Parse the Document Record." Does anyone know what this means?

    Happy New Year & thank you for posting on LEAP Community Discussions.

     

    It appears from your description that a repair will need to be run on LEAP. To do this you will need to do the following:

    1. Close LEAP

    2. Click on the start menu in the bottom left-hand corner of your machine

    3. Type ‘Control Panel’ in the search bar and click enter

    4. Select Programs > Programs and Features

    5. Search for LEAP in the list of programs listed

    6. Right-click on LEAP and select Repair

    7. Once the repair has completed, restart your LEAP Desktop application.
