Refresh the Matter - While on the open matter, press F5 to refresh and re-download the contents. Alternatively, click the Refresh icon (two circular arrows) located in the top-left corner of the Matter window.

Redownload the Matter - Hold the ALT key and double-click on the matter from the Matter List to re-download the matter. Continue holding ALT until the "Downloading" dialog box appears.

Check for deleted documents.

1. Navigate to the matter where you suspect the document was deleted.
2. Ensure you're on the "Details & Correspondence" tab.
3. Click the ellipsis icon and select "Show Deleted Correspondence." All deleted correspondence will be listed in red.
4. Right-click the deleted document and select "Undelete" to restore it.

Search all correspondence in LEAP - This process allows you to efficiently search through all correspondence related to your matters in LEAP.

1. Go to LEAP Menu and select the Home section.
2. Under the Documents section, click on "Search All Correspondence." This will open the Correspondence Search window.
3. In the search field, type the document name or criteria you wish to search for.
4. For a more refined search, use the Advanced Search options in the Correspondence Search window.

View the Documents via LEAP Web - Check if you can see the documents in the matter through LEAP Web to confirm if the document has been uploaded sucessfully.

Ask a Colleague - Ask a colleague to confirm whether the documents are visible on their LEAP system. If the documents are accessible on their workstation, it suggests the issue is isolated to your machine. In such instances, perform a LEAP Repair , ensure LEAP is added to your Antivirus and Firewall Exception List and restart your device to confirm whether the issue has been resolved.
