Tap to access the options below.

Profile & Security

Shows the Username/Email logged in.
Set whether you would like LEAP to remember your sign in details by toggling the Remember Me option on or off.
Toggle Use Touch/Face ID (if available), on or off if you want to use the electronic fingerprint/facial recognition feature to sign into LEAP. Activating Use Touch/Face ID will overwrite your Remember Me setting.

To add an e-mail account to the LEAP Mobile app, please follow the below steps:

Tap Email.
Select Office 365 and sign in with your Office 365 account.
Once you've entered the information, tap Save.

You'll receive a confirmation email if you've successfully set up your email account.

Firm

Tap Staff to view all the staff members of your firm.

What's New: Get a brief overview of new features that are included in the latest update.
Feedback: Let us know what you think! You can easily offer suggestions for improvements and new features for the app.
Switch to Full Mobile App: Select when you are signed into Authenticator and want to return to the LEAP Mobile.
Help & Support:
- LEAP's Support Community - for online help articles and videos. You will automatically be logged into your account.
- You're also able to provide your feedback and rate us in the App Store.
- Receive Helpdesk support via LiveChat.
- You can access LEAP's Legal & Privacy statement.
- Displays the app version.
Additional Settings:
- Select which tab to display after signing in.
- Turning Hide Caller ID to On will not show your number when calling from within the app even if your Show My Caller ID is set to On in phone settings. Your number is only hidden when you make voice calls not when you send messages.

Sign Out

Sign out of the app.

Email

Tap Email.

Once you've entered the information, tap Save.

You'll receive a confirmation email if you've successfully set up your email account.
