Sometimes you may enter a matter and notice that your correspondence list is missing, or a recent document is not there. This may be a result of a few factors such as upload speed and connectivity to the server. In this article we will go over how to address this issue.

Before anything, you want to make sure that you are in the home folder in your Correspondence list. Unless specified otherwise by the user, documents upload to the matter’s home folder. Click the house icon that is found directly under the word “CORRESPONDENCE” to make sure that we are in the home folder.

If your documents are not there, please click the refresh icon User-added image found at the top right of the matter. (It is located next to the print icon).

If this does not work, then the matter may need to be re-downloaded. To do this:

Save and close the matter.
Hold down the Alt key on your keyboard and open the matter. Please hold this key until the matter is finished opening.
A window should open, when opening the matter, that states that it is downloading.
Once the matter has finished downloading, the correspondence list should have appeared.
