Since the Anti-Virus and struggling against Leap we have had machines freeze up, function incredibly slow. Tonight some one at the help desk asked for a screen shot of the exceptions. There are several, it turns out.

I am hoping my experience gets better.

I wished this Firm had never invested in this program - it's so time consuming it's unbelievable how complicated they have made things - and then there's the updates they do -- I wouldn't recommend anyone switching to this software ever.

Yes. Our entire installment process, training, and even troubleshooting now has been nothing but hassle. The staff we've worked with have either been uninterested or outright rude and insulting to our business practices. The only reason we got this software is because PC Law was shutting down and they partnered with LEAP to get people switched over, but that entire process was considerably more complicated than it should have been. Little did we know, it was a sign of things to come. I would never recommend this software. I'd rather go back to using an abacus than use LEAP...

Same thing here since inception. They have never fully integrated the program and my files, adobe, Word, Billing shut down at least once a day. This has been the most frustrating company and program I have ever had. They have not fixed the problems and said if I want to fix it, I can hire their IT people and pay them to fix it. I have had nothing but problems and have lost too many hours and too much money to count. What was supposed to make my practice as a sole practitioner easier has only made it worse.
