You could try to run a repair of LEAP. If that doesn't work you can access our live chat support. They will be able to assist with this error message.
To conduct a Repair of LEAP, please follow these steps:
1. Close LEAP, all Microsoft Office applications, and Adobe.
2. Navigate to https://community.leap.us/s/downloads and click “Download LEAP Desktop”.
3. When the download is complete, open the downloaded file.
4. Navigate through the Installer until it requests you to “Repair” LEAP.
5. Select Next/OK and follow any prompts from to complete the Repair.
