I would like to know this too. It's frustrating that even in this discussion there is only the option for "Answer" rather than "I have this question too". Its unsettling that there is this community but there is no structure to these questions. I can't find anything such as something as simple as when and how the chat for leap online is present.
I think... and it is just an I think because LEAP's information is ADD Scattered all over the place, is that when you click the little question mark circle in the upper right and get "Help for this window", if you are logged in when you click on that that the window that pops up will likely have a little chat bubble in the lower right. When you click on that chat bubble you can connect to the online chat support if it is during their support hours.
