No documents showing up in folders

Dear Cathy,
You can try the reload option when in the details and correspondence tab. This will refresh the local copy of items added to the relevant tab. It is just above the details and correspondence and looks like arrows going in a circle. However, if you find that this did not fix the issue please log a case with help desk or use the live chat. As this may need additional troubleshooting.

I am having problems trying to save a document to leap. I go to the save to leap tab and there is a circle in the middle that just spins and doesn’t let me enter a matter name.
