CommunityWhen working in Word, users in our firm often have the Word doc become "disconnected" from LEAP so none of the LEAP Word options display and we have to re-save the doc as a new Word doc in LEAP. Does anyone else have this problem?

  • Hi Cole,

This does sometimes happen. A repair of Microsoft & LEAP fixes the issue.

    To repair LEAP -

PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL PROGRAMS ARE CLOSED before beginning the repairs.

    1. Use the Windows K & Letter R
    2. Type Control Panel
    3. Go to Programs
    4. Programs & Features
    5. Locate LEAP and right click to choose repair.

For Microsoft please follow the same steps - when you get to the part to choose repair you may need to choose change, then repair.

    Thank you!

    • Thank you for the reply, Lori. How often do you think we should have to repair LEAP and Microsoft?
