searching within those search results.

Hi @Scott Wolf (Schlossberg, LLC),
Thank you for your question. There is an Advanced Search capability associated with the correspondence search feature that we hope you find helpful. To reach the global correspondence search, please navigate to Menu > Home and under Documents there is a button called Search All Correspondence. At the top of the correspondence search window on the right, there is an Advanced Search button in blue font. From here you can tailor your search by Matter number, Document type, as well modified date. There is also a Date Range box if you are uncertain when the document was modified.
If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to reach the Helpdesk by clicking the orange Support button in the lower right-hand corner of any window in the LEAP Community.
We are happy to assist you and hope you find this helpful!
Kind regards,
Devang

The problem is the search parameters reset everytime so you have to remember exactly what you did before. My question is whether once we have a group of say 100 search results, can they be sorted by name, date created/modified, etc., i.e. similar to the way File Explorer works in Windows. thx.

That is a neat idea. Unfortunately we do not have that as a feature. We always welcome suggestions like this in the Ideas Hub so that other users can discuss and vote on suggestions for our product team’s consideration for future updates.
Thank you very much for taking the time to let us know your suggestion. We value your feedback.
Kind regards,
Devang
