CommunityDoes anyone else have trouble getting the "STATUS" column on the Matter List screen to update correctly? Most of mine simply show "In progress" and the instructions on changing it in the Knowledge Base do not work.

Does anyone else have trouble getting the "STATUS" column on the Matter List screen to update correctly? Most of mine simply show "In progress" and the instructions on changing it in the Knowledge Base do not work.

    The 'status' column on the matter should update when a calendared date entered in LEAP arrives, and the checkbox next to the date is checked off.

      Yes, thank you, I am aware of what it is "supposed" to do, that's why I am inquiring. It does NOT update when I add a date.

        The status column on the matter changes when a Critical date is entered on the calendar, it does not change for every date that is put in.

        Thanks Shaiefa, I tried rescheduling my appointment with you that was originally scheduled for Wednesday. So, just so I'm understanding you correctly, the status column only changes when I click that date entry on Calendars & Task for the default critical dates created in a matter type automatically by LEAP, and it does not change to ones I add to the calendar when I right click in Calendar & Task and "Create Appointment for Critical Date"?

      • Yes, you are correct. It does not change based on your own created dates but by the critical dates already set for the matter type.
