Your People List

The People List displays the names of all people and staff of organizations who have been included in cards and matters.

  • Desktop
  • Web

Search for People

 

  1. Click the LEAP Menu > Home > under Cards > View People.

  2. Search for people by entering the Title, First Name, Last Name or Related Cards in the Search People field.

Sort Your People List

 

  1. Click the LEAP Menu > Home > under Cards > View People.

  2. You can sort the People List by Title, First Name, Last Name or Related Cards. Click on the column header to sort the People List by ascending or descending order.

Add a New Person

 

  1. Click the LEAP Menu > Home > under Cards > View People.

  2. Click New.

To enable or disable auto-capitalization of names, click User-added image > Auto Capitalize Name > tick or untick First Name or Last Name.

The auto-capitalization selection is a firm wide setting that applies across both Cards and People.

  1. Enter the details as necessary, going through each of the tabs as required.

  2. Click on the photo placeholder image and select the image file. You can also drag and drop a new photo. The file size should not exceed 2MB.

  3. Click Save & Close.

Delete a Person

A person can't be deleted if it's assigned to a card.

  1. Click the LEAP Menu > Home > under Cards > View People.

  2. Right-click the person and select Delete.

  3. Confirm the deletion.

Restore a Deleted Person

 

  1. Click the LEAP Menu > Home > under Cards > View People.

  2. Click Tools icon and select Show Deleted People.

    Deleted people are displayed in red.

  3. Right-click the person and select Undelete.

  4. Confirm the action.

Search for People

 

  1. Click  > under Cards > View People.

  2. Search for people by entering the Title, First Name or Last Name in the Search People field.

Group Your People List

 

  1. Click  > under Cards > View People.

  2. Click to Group your People List.

    You can group the People List by the following:

    • Ungroup
    • First Names
    • Last Name

You can custom sort your People List by clicking any of the column headings Title, Given Names or Surname.

Sort Your People List

 

  1. Click  > under Cards > View People.

  2. You can sort the People List by Title, Given Names or Surname. Click on the column header to sort the People List by ascending or descending order.

Add a New Person

 

  1. Click  > under Cards > View People.

  2. Click New Person.

  1. Enter the details as necessary, going through each of the tabs as required.

  2. Click Save.

Delete a Person

  1. Click  > under Cards > View People.

  2. Right-click the person and select Delete.

  3. Confirm the action.

You can also click Delete when you have opened a person.

Restore a Deleted Person

 

  1. Click  > under Cards > View People.

  2. Click and select Show Deleted.

    Deleted people are displayed in red.

  3. Right-click the person and select Undelete.

  4. Confirm the action.
