A new client information intake questionnaire for estate planning is now available in LEAP, making it easier to request comprehensive client and financial details, even before your first client meeting.  

Available in the Client Connect app, this new feature—developed in partnership with WealthCounsel—can simplify how you gather and organize contact and matter details in LEAP. 

With this new questionnaire, you can: 

  • Import key client information before your meeting, enabling more informed discussions about their estate planning design 
  • Allow clients to upload relevant documents directly to the LEAP matter 
  • Access client responses in a Microsoft Word document from the Forms & Templates library to easily review, share, and print 
  • Store responses in LEAP for up to 30 days, allowing for extra time to review client information 

Note: We recommend always saving a copy of your clients’ intake questionnaire responses. To do so, open the Forms & Templates library, and create and save the template titled “Client Connect WealthCounsel Questionnaire Results” after your client has completed the questionnaire.
