We have made some important improvements to the way our chat system operates.
In order to use chat, please make sure that you are signed in to our Help Center. If you are not yet signed in, you can do this by clicking 'Sign In' in the top-right corner of the Help Center web page, and use your LEAP login credentials.

Here are some of the useful benefits of the improvements:
- No Need to Re-Enter Information: You will no longer have to provide your name, email, or firm details every time you start a chat. Once signed in, our system will recognize you, making it quicker and easier to get the help you need.
- Upload and Share Files Instantly: You’ll now be able to upload screenshots, documents, or any other helpful files directly within the chat, without waiting for us to request them. This feature puts you in control, allowing for faster and more efficient issue resolution.
- Pick Up Conversations Seamlessly: If you need to step away from the chat, don’t worry! Your conversation will remain active even if you close the chat window or sign off. When you come back, you can pick up right where you left off, eliminating the need to re-explain your issue.
- Convenient Access: While the chat button is moving from the homepage, you’ll still have easy access to it from the Knowledge Base. This ensures you can continue to access support while exploring other resources.
