Updates to Card Details Not Saving Properly

You may experience issues where changes made to a card are not reflected in the associated template document. This is often due to caching or synchronization delays within LEAP. Even though the card has been updated, the template may continue to display outdated information if the system hasn't refreshed the data properly.

Follow these steps to manually refresh the card data:

Go to the card where the updates were made.
Add a dot (.) at the beginning of the Name field.
Save the change.
Reopen the Card, remove the dot (.) and click Save again.

This process forces the system to refresh the card’s data and should result in the updated information appearing in the template.

If the issue continues to occur, please refer to the following steps:

Open the matter where the document issue is occurring.
Make sure you're on the Details & Correspondence tab.
Under the Details column, right-click the Matter Details or Matter Type table and select Edit Table Types.

The Edit Table Types will open in a new window.
Click Reset Tables to reset cards and tables to the default for the matter.
Add the cards and tables back to the matter.
