- Securely via LawConnect - Share your document(s) with other people associated with the matter using LawConnect.
- Manage LawConnect Access - Only available if the document is already shared via LawConnect.
- Request eSignature - To request an eSignature for a supported document.
- Send via Teams - Share your document via Microsoft Teams with other staff members.
- Email Original - Create a new email attaching the selected document in its current format.
- Email PDF - Create a new email with the selected document attached as a PDF.
- Email Link - Create a new email to internal staff members that contains a link to the selected document.
- Fax - Send the selected document as a fax.

Attach to Task | Attach the document from the Correspondence List to a task in Outlook. |
Export Document | Save the document(s) to a local folder on your computer. Hold Ctrl and select multiple in the Correspondence List to export in bulk. |
Pin to Top/Unpin from Top |
Move the selected document to the top of your Correspondence List or remove the selected document from the top of your Correspondence List.
The pinned document is identified with an orange pin.

Compare Document | Compare two documents within or outside of LEAP for changes. |
Delete | Delete the selected document or folder from the matter. |
Rename | Rename the selected document or folder. |
Replace Default Reference |
Change the default reference for the selected document to be someone else involved in the matter and not necessarily your client.
You can change the recipient, their details and all references to them, throughout the document to someone else involved in the matter. All fields referencing the recipient will be updated.

Create PDF | Create a PDF version of the selected document. |
Update PDF | Update a combined PDF without the need to recombine when one or more documents have been amended. |

Import Document | Import a document from your computer into the matter. |
Duplicate | Make an exact copy of the selected document. The only difference between the two copies is the creation date and possibly the staff member who duplicated it. The copy should be renamed to avoid confusion. |
Shortcut to Card | Create a shortcut of the document to one of its related cards. |
Copy to Card | Copy the document to a card. |
Copy to Safe Custody | Copy the document to Safe Custody. |
Cut |
Remove the document from its current matter and place it into the clipboard.
The document will be marked in grey.

History of Changes | View version history of the document. |
LawConnect |
- View Shared Items - View items that have been shared via LawConnect in the current matter.
- Link Matter - Link an item to LawConnect. A new "Shared By <Firm Name>" folder will be created and any new documents will automatically be shared and stored in this folder for the current matter.
