Microsoft is currently experiencing an issue impacting applications that use Outlook to create and manage tasks. As a result, some users may encounter problems when saving tasks or receiving task notifications within LEAP.
Our development team is actively monitoring Microsoft's efforts to resolve the issue and will make any necessary adjustments on our end as soon as a fix becomes available. At this time, resolution is dependent on Microsoft addressing the underlying issue.
In the meantime, you should still be able to create and manage tasks directly within Outlook for your day-to-day activities.
