Beginning Sunday, March 29, LEAP will offer additional multi-factor authentication (MFA) options, giving you more flexibility in how you safeguard your data. MFA adds an extra layer of security by requiring two or more ways to verify your identity before you can access a system.
While you will still be able to use the LEAP Mobile App to authenticate your login, you now have the option to use other third-party authenticator apps, such as Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator.
IMPORTANT: LEAP clients currently using multi-factor authentication will need to re-authenticate their trusted devices. A prompt to complete this step will appear during login.
