Following our latest software update, you will need to renew the authorization between LEAP and Microsoft 365.
A minor update was released that impacts LEAP's integration with Microsoft Teams. Other Microsoft Office integrations will not be affected. This change will require admin access to both LEAP and Microsoft 365.
To renew the authorization:
- Click the LEAP Menu button from the Matter List, then select Settings > Application Settings.
- Once opened, navigate to Microsoft 365 under the Integrations section.
- Following the update, you will see an option to Renew Admin Consent. Click this to open a Microsoft screen displaying the permissions granted to the LEAP integration.
- Confirm this to renew your connection.

This update changes a specific permission from User Level to Firm Level. Other Microsoft Office integration features will not be affected.
