This new feature provides an additional eSignature option, at no extra cost. With the new InfoSign feature, you can:
- Mark up documents for signatures, initials, dates, or approvals
- Add viewers to keep parties informed
- Track who has viewed or signed
- Send reminders to prompt action
- Click on the “InfoTrack Services” button from the matter ribbon ("InfoTrack Searching & Services" in LEAP Web) or right-click on the relevant document from your matter's correspondence list and select "Send for eSignature"
- Choose "Electronic Signatures (SignIT)" and select your document
- Choose whether to send via “InfoSign” or “DocuSign”
