Details

This new feature provides an additional eSignature option, at no extra cost. With the new InfoSign feature, you can: 

  • Mark up documents for signatures, initials, dates, or approvals 
  • Add viewers to keep parties informed 
  • Track who has viewed or signed 
  • Send reminders to prompt action 

Here is how to use InfoSign 

  • Click on the “InfoTrack Services” button from the matter ribbon ("InfoTrack Searching & Services" in LEAP Web) or right-click on the relevant document from your matter's correspondence list and select "Send for eSignature" 
  • Choose "Electronic Signatures (SignIT)" and select your document 
  • Choose whether to send via “InfoSign” or “DocuSign”
