In keeping with this commitment, we are pleased to announce that we will be enhancing New York Litigation and Personal Injury matter types to help you better manage your matters involving complex Third-Party actions. These changes will help you to stay organized:
Easily identify Third Parties accounting for First, Second, and Third Third-Party actions.
Seamlessly automate Third-Party captions in compliance with Civil Procedure rules.
It is important to note that the changes will not affect your existing matters created in LEAP.
Effective date of change- The changes will be effective on or before June 30, 2021.
