LEAP is committed to ensuring a valuable user experience. Content changes are part of our effort and commitment to continuous improvement of LEAP Content. These changes will primarily include the renaming and re-organization of select Areas of Law (Top-Level folders) and Matter types as detailed below.
The changes will take effect on February 24, 2021.
It is important to note that the changes will not affect your existing matters created in LEAP. While you adjust to the changes, you can use the following existing LEAP tools to aid in the transition:
Favorite Matter Types will always appear at the top of the Matter Type navigation pane, ensuring easy access to the Matter Types you most commonly use. For instructions, visit our Help Center Assign a Favorite Matter Type article.
Utilize the Search matter types feature at the top of the Matter Type navigation pane to search existing matter types available in LEAP. Searching for a key word will produce the results of all matter types containing that key word. From the search results, you can navigate directly to the Matter Type of your choice.
For additional information or assistance, please contact our Design & Automation team by submitting a Content Feedback Request or start a Live Chat with one of our dedicated Helpdesk consultants.
