We have created a new Federal General Litigation matter type which covers civil litigation in the District Court. This matter type can be found in the Litigation area of law. We have added the following forms to supplement this:

AO 85 - Notice, Consent, and Reference of a Civil Action to a Magistrate Judge
AO 85A - Notice, Consent, and Reference of a Dispositive Motion to a Magistrate Judge
AO 88 - Subpoena to Appear and Testify at a Hearing or Trial in a Civil Action
AO 88A - Subpoena to Testify at a Deposition in a Civil Action
AO 88B - Subpoena to Produce Documents, Information, or Objects or to Permit Inspection of Premises in a Civil Action
