IMPORTANT UPDATE - Case Information Statement
We have recently released a new version of the Case Information Statement.
We have created this so that you can complete the information easily through the LEAP matter that relates to the sections within the document. This information will populate onto the Case Information Statement under Forms & Templates directly through either LEAP Desktop or in LEAP 365.
We have created a Matter Information Sheet that will help you to see where the information is filled out in order for the document to populate. You can find this as well as other information about content and the forms within LEAP under the Content section of the LEAP Community page.
If you have used the Case Information Statement prior to March 10, 2017 using the word document, and need to still use it, we suggest you create a new one from Forms & Templates, after completing the matter information, to get the best outcome.
