We’re currently experiencing an issue with Adobe version v2026.001.21431 that is affecting the integration between Adobe and LEAP.
Current behavior:
- PDFs can still be opened directly through Adobe without issue
- Opening PDFs within LEAP will launch Adobe, but the document will not load
Interim Solution:
- Right-click the document in LEAP
- Select Export and save it to your desktop
- Open the file directly from your desktop in Adobe
