I am unable to use "save to matter" function.

    You can try a repair of Office, then repair LEAP.

     

    To repair Microsoft Office, please follow the steps below:

    1. Press the Windows Key and 'R' key at the same time to open the Run application.

    2. Type in "appwiz.cpl" (without quotation marks) and press enter. This will open your 'Programs and Features' menu.

    3. Locate the Microsoft365 application that you use, right click it and select "change". This will bring up the Repair menu.

    4. Select Quick Repair and then select the blue "Repair" button at the bottom.

    5. Follow the additional prompts to complete the repair.

     

    To Repair LEAP:

    1.Close LEAP, all Microsoft Office applications, and Adobe.

    2. Navigate to https://community.leap.us/s/downloads and click “Download LEAP Desktop”.

    3. When the download is complete, open the downloaded file.

    4. Navigate through the Installer until it requests you to “Repair” LEAP.

    5. Select Next/OK and follow any prompts from to complete the Repair
