Hi! If it's an overpayment on the trust funds, you go to the Trust Funds Page and you select "Journal Transfer". In the 1st matter box, select the matter you want to move from and then enter the amount you want to withdraw. In the 2nd matter row you want to select the matter that you are moving it to, and then enter in the deposit amount (which should be identical to the withdrawal amount). Hope this helps!
