Drivers for "Print to LEAP" and LawConnect

Has anyone had success in improving the quality of output when printing to LEAP or using LawConnect to share a Word file as a PDF?

The quality of my "Print to LEAP" could certainly be better, and when I use LawConnect to share a word document and choosing it to be shared as a secure PDF the formatting can be quite odd sometimes and I have to use my PDF application to convert and save the Word document to my desktop, import the PDF document into LEAP, and then share that document.
