It is only letting us moving them into the Root and then we have to transfer into the Folder.

Yes and it is annoying - our whole office having this issue!!!!!
Well we were good for a while, however, now we are back to having problems. Can't move file from the root folder. We have to save it root folder, but that's not helping if we're not able to move it.
It was fine this morning but started happening again in our office as well.
I was having this exact issue for the last two days. As of today, I haven't received the error message, yet. I was also experiencing issues among staff that would see one document in a specific folder, but a different staff member could not see the same document on their side of leap. I think it has something to do with LEAP servers.
