I have three (3) staff members that consistently save pleadings/documents to the Correspondence Tab within LEAP. I've come across an issue with the LEAP server and our documents. Staff 1 will save the document within the Correspondence Tab, Staff 2 can view that Staff 1 saved the document, but Staff 3 cannot see the saved document anywhere within the Correspondence Tab. This has happened various times among the staff. Is anyone else experiencing this same issue?

We apologize for the issue this is causing. We advise to have the staff member that is not seeing the documents to log a case with the HelpDesk team, so that they can receive a more in-depth investigative look.

I am having the same issues with saving documents. Tried the chat but they are experiencing issues. How do we log a case with the help desk team?
I make edits to the document and the edits are not saved.
