Marc Gross (Customer) asked a question.
I just transitioned to Leap after using Wealth Counsel for the last year. Wealth Counsel had recently introduced an online intake form where clients could answer all interview questions online and it would automatically populate documents (saving clients time and my time). I cannot find this in the LEAP version. How do I get to this page? I need to send the intake forms to clients ASAP as well as review clients that are currently working on their forms.

The integration with Wealthcounsel is terrible. I often try to create documents for a client but it tells me the client has no children despite the fact that I correctly set up the children in Leap. I would suggest calling Wealthcounsel tech support rather than Leap tech support for any issues because they are much more responsive and knowledgeable.
LEAP does not have "intake forms" and you cannot access the WealthCounsel ones. The work around is to use either Client Connect or Decision Vault. The only work with estate matters right now, so if you're looking at any other matter, it won't work. I don't use Decision Vault, because the price is too much. Client connect allows a simple client input function where they can add the client, spouse, kids, and additional contacts (anyone else associated with the planning). Once the client upload the info it auto populates to WealthCounsel when you create the documents. Not a specific position, but a drop down that allows you to select the name.
The Wealth Counsel intake forms were excellent. I am very disappointed that we no longer have access to those. Can you fill out the Client Connect forms without emailing them to the client?
