I have 1 client that I am not able to print or email their invoice. Error is simply 'unable to print' or 'unable to email'. I am sure there is a simple fix, but I don't know what it is. Please advise suggestions. Thank you.

Thank you for using our Community site. We recommend checking phone numbers and emails in cards to remove any unneeded special characters such as - or *.
If the card has been corrupted, you can also try creating a new card and merging it with the former card.
