Open up the "Cards" screen. Hold the control button on your keyboard and highlight the cards you want to merge. Right click and select "Merge Cards". It should pop up and ask you which card you want to keep as the final card. Pick the one you want and click okay. Just check if there are any notes or documents attached to the cards like that before you finalize it. I don't remember if notes/documents carry over to the final card.
