TRUST LITIGATION is the stuff of Grisham novels. So it's in the probate court, but I am dealing with a Trustee, Beneficiaries, Children, Grandchildren, disinheritance, betrayal, and fuckery. We sue fiduciaries and trustees, beneficiaries and second wives. Sibling rivalry, real property, stock, companies, boards of directors - everything that a family office would have. I would like to find under the "estate administration & probate tab" for "new matters" trust litigation. The complaints or lawsuits are called petitions. parties are petitioners and respondents.
