When I saved the emails to the Leap (Save Matters), the original emails were totally removed and disappeared.

If you're using outlook, check your Inbox folders and see if there is one called "Inbound LEAP Matter Based Emails". If you're saving an email from your inbox to a matter, they get moved there. There is also an "Outbound LEAP Matter" folder - that's were the emails that originate out of LEAP or saved sent emails go. When we first started using LEAP, it took us way too long to figure out that's where they were disappearing to.

Is there a way to remove this Inbound LEAP Matter Based Email: folder and keep all the emails remain unremoved after they are saved to LEAP Matter?
Hi Li - I haven't done it, but based on Cheri's suggestion below, yes you can turn it off. On your Outlook toolbar you need to look for the Save to LEAP icon and click the little box in the lower right corner. See below. Once the new box opens, uncheck "Move Assigned Emails"
And you can make that stop happening as well by expanding the Leap dialog box (the arrow at the bottom where it says Save to Matter LEAP) and uncheck Move Assigned Email(s) under the Email heading.
