I think this might work for you. Go into Reports -> Matters & Clients -> Client & Cards -> Client Details. Select your criteria from the drop downs. The date range seems to default from the first day of the current month to present, so if you want the clients from all time, you'll need to know at least the month/year you started using LEAP. Hit Search. Down at the bottom of the screen are a couple of toggles - the default is "Select Card" if you click it, it will switch to "All Cards" and you can pick excel or .csv as your export option.
