This has to be THE worst program I've ever had the displeasure of using. Ever since this crap was installed on my PC, I have nothing but problems with other programs. Even with a brand new PC, it's still a mess. LEAP's "IT" team is useless - for example: Creating a single doc in Adobe. We send clients and attorney's redlined contracts to show our changes however, when using Adobe in LEAP, the changes are arbitrarily accepted by LEAP and the final product doesn't show any redlines. LEAP's "IT" rep advise? POST A COMMENT IN THE "LEAP COMMUNITY." Gee, how helpful.

My IT person had to use disconnect the ADOBE in the LEAP program so other programs would work with ADOBE
The problem at my end is that our 'brilliant" former CFO never consulted with our IT team before rolling out this hot mess. Had to uninstall/reinstall several times and Adobe still wouldn't work; sat on the phone for literally hours with LEAPS "IT" people and ultimately got absolutely nowhere. I now have a new PC and my Outlook, Adobe and other software programs either still do not work properly or have slowed my PC down considerably.
I'll consider using LEAP once all "issues" have been resolved. Not wasting my time working in LEAP then doing the same work in our system. No one has time for doing double the work.
This program is so flawed that I've lost hours of work because a Word document didn't close properly. LEAP doesn't respond to most reports of problems. Our office now relies on our resident server to back-up LEAP. The irony is that we subscribed to LEAP to replace that server.
I hear you. I cannot tell you how many hours I've wasted on this program. The only thing I use it for is to list the paralegal on a given file once assigned. And, we are still using the database this "stellar" program was supposed to replace. Why? Because LEAP sucks.
