Does anyone have a work around for saving MRI or other medical images in LEAP. LEAP does not support the programs that are needed to make the images open and run. Has anyone found a solution for this?

As MRI images do not have a specific Windows file type, we do not have a manner in which to open these files directly from LEAP. However, we can advise of a workaround.
You can save the MRI images into LEAP, but in order to open them, you will need to export them onto your device and then open it from there with your desired program.
