I contacted LEAP about the upgrade and the issues. They attempted to assist and had to escalate my situation. Their chat is taking just as long as moving/importing files & documents. I'm in the same boat as you.
They are really not helpful. This has a real impact on productivity.
In addition, I cannot open most docs and matters. Terrible.
Chat personnel advise a support ticket had to be submitted for them to remote in, however i have done this already. I'm wondering if this is a global issues or impacting a small few. Hoping a LEAP member hops on this thread to advise.
